Delete Your HAULTRA Account

Account owners can request full deletion of their company account and all associated data — routes, stops, customer addresses, photos, and account records.

If you can log in, this is quicker than submitting a request below:

• Drivers — open Cab View, tap the gear icon, and choose Delete My Account.
• Bosses / managers — go to Settings and scroll to Delete Account. If you're the only manager on your company account, add another Boss on the Team page first, or use Close Company instead, which deletes every account on the company at once.

What gets deleted, and when

Account data (name, username, phone, email), operational data (routes, stops, customer addresses), photos (job-site and vehicle inspection), and location data captured at stop completion are deleted from production systems, with backups purged within 90 days. Billing and subscription history is retained for 7 years for accounting and legal compliance, as described in our Privacy Policy.
